“I have had Tom and Ross at Specialized take care of a few auto body needs and count myself among their many Happy Customers. Their work is great and they don't overpromise just to get a job. One of the things I appreciate most though is what this father and son duo promise you, is what you get and sometimes even a little more. My most recent visit was a good example. I had some work done on a truck that I had loaned to a relative for a couple of years and when I got it back it really needed some refreshing. Tom knew that I planned to use it for the upcoming weekend on a road trip. When I picked it up on FridayTom had taken care of a couple of extra seemingly little things that really made a difference. The simplest one that turned out to be a special blessing was Tom had installed new windshield wipers.
